Refund Policy
Last updated: July 20, 2026
We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains how our free demo lowers your risk before payment, when refunds or replacements apply, and how to cancel. It is written in plain language so there are no surprises.
Our approach to fair billing
Refund conversations are rare when demos happen first and plans match real household use. This policy exists for the exceptions: activation failures we cannot resolve, billing mistakes, or situations where the service materially differs from what was confirmed at purchase. We prefer troubleshooting to paperwork whenever honest effort can restore playback.
Try before you buy
The single best way to avoid a refund situation is to use a free demo first, when it is available. A demo lets you confirm stream quality, channel switching, and device compatibility on your own internet before you commit to any paid plan. We strongly encourage every new customer to test first.
Demos are temporary and may not include every feature of a paid plan. They still reveal whether your device, network, and must-watch categories work well enough to justify membership. Skipping a demo does not remove your right to support, but it may limit refund options where issues stem from conditions you could have tested beforehand.
When a refund or replacement applies
If you paid for a plan and cannot get it working, contact us promptly. Our first step is always to fix the issue — most problems are a wrong app, a login typo, or a network setting we can solve quickly. If we cannot deliver a working service for your device and location after a genuine troubleshooting attempt, we will discuss a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or a refund of the unused portion depending on your plan and payment method.
- Report activation or playback problems within a reasonable time, not weeks later
- Give us a fair chance to troubleshoot before requesting a refund
- Refund eligibility depends on plan length, usage, and the payment provider's rules
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first slow everyone down — message us instead
- Provide your order reference, device, and screenshots of any error messages
What is generally not refundable
Refunds are not typically available where the service is working as described and the issue is outside our control — for example, an unstable home internet connection, an unsupported or very old device you were warned about, or a change of mind late in a long plan after extended use. We are transparent about this precisely so you can test with a demo first.
Partial refunds on long plans reflect time already used and payment processor fees. We explain the calculation before processing so you can accept or decline. We do not promise full refunds on six-month or yearly plans after months of successful viewing except where law or a documented service failure requires otherwise.
Replacements and account credits
Sometimes a replacement activation or short extension solves the problem faster than moving money backward. If a lineup change or technical issue affects your account, we may offer a replacement credential, plan adjustment, or credit toward your next renewal. You can decline a replacement and still request a monetary refund if you remain within the eligibility window described above.
Cancellations and renewals
Monthly plans can be cancelled by simply not renewing — contact us so we can confirm and stop any renewal reminders. For longer six-month or yearly plans, the refund of any unused period is handled case by case and depends on how much time and service you have already used. We will always explain the numbers clearly before processing anything.
Cancellation stops future charges; it does not automatically erase credentials instantly if you prepaid for time remaining. Access typically continues until the end of the paid period unless abuse requires earlier termination under our Terms.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us, we may pause service while the case is investigated. That delays legitimate fixes. Message us first with your receipt and device details — most billing confusion is resolved in one conversation. Fraudulent chargebacks on accounts that were actively used may result in permanent refusal of future service.
How to request help or a refund
Message us or email support@4ktvusa.com with your order details, device, and a short description of the problem (a screenshot of any error helps). Start on the contact page. We aim to respond quickly and resolve fairly.
Include the email or phone used at checkout, the plan name, and the date of payment. Refund processing times depend on your payment method; bank reversals may take several business days after we approve the request.
Service interruptions we do not control
Refunds may not apply when playback fails because of widespread internet outages, ISP maintenance, or third-party app store removals that affect many providers at once. We still help you test alternate players or temporary workarounds when they exist. Document the failure time and error text so we can distinguish a local issue from a broader one.
Plan changes and downgrades
If you need fewer simultaneous connections or want to move from a longer plan to monthly billing, contact us before your renewal date. Downgrades take effect on the next billing cycle unless we agree otherwise in writing. Upgrades mid-cycle may be prorated depending on payment method — we explain any adjustment before charging.
Duplicate or mistaken payments
If you accidentally pay twice for the same period, message us with both references. We will refund the duplicate or extend your term — your choice — once verified. Mistaken plan purchases (for example, Family Max when you meant Starter HD) are handled like other refund requests: we troubleshoot first, then discuss reversal if the service was not used materially.
